Cosmetic condition:

The left and right screens are in good condition, there are some light, but noticeable, marks from use, but nothing too significant. The casing is in good cosmetic condition with some light, but noticeable, scuffs, scratches, and wear from use. All of the ports are in good condition and clean. The headband is in good condition with some light to moderate wear. There may be some small stains and/or noticeable scuffs and wear from use. The controller(s) are in good condition with some light, but noticeable, scuffs, scratches, and wear from use. The facial interface is in good condition with some light, but noticeable wear. There may be some small cracking, scuffs, scratches, and/or wear. For consumer health and safety, a silicone cover for the foam facial interface is included.

Functionality condition:

The left and right screens are fully functional with no damage or issues. I was able to test the audio by playing a video. The audio is fully functional. The camera works great and shows clear images. One controller comes with the headset and connects fine.
